Turnaround
Our handmade items are subject to a 3-5 week turnaround. If you need your order for a specific date please email hello@olivellahandmade.co.uk to discuss.
Embroidered Sweatshirts are subject to a 2 week turnaround.
All instock items are dispatched within 1-2 days, if your order contains handmade or an embroidered item they will be dispatched together with the relevent turnaround.
Delivery
International
All orders to destinations outside of the UK will be sent via royal mail international tracked & signed where possible. We are not responsible for any delays to your order once they are with the courier. Please note that any customs charges for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer. International delivery charges vary. If you think the postal price for our country is incorrect, please email me prior to purchase at hello@olivellahandmade.co.uk
UK
All UK orders are sent Second Class Royal Mail. Orders usually arrive within 3-5 working days of being dispatched.
Returns
We offer refunds on unsuitable items that are returned within 14 days of delivery. If your order is over 14 days since delivery the return will be at our discretion and a voucher provided if applicable, vouchers are valid for 3 months.
We will only be able to refund orders once we receive the items back. Postage will be refunded for faulty items.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on socks & tights due to hygiene reasons.
